Santa Tracker from Google

Google's Santa Tracker has a variety of games, activities and learning opportunities available in the run up to Christmas, with each day seeing new content being added like an Advent Calendar.

On Chrsitmas Eve you'll also be able to (as you might have guessed from the name) track Santa's Christmas journey.  This is one thing you won't be able to do in the classroom!  However there is enough to keep your children occupied in the mean time.

There is a very simple coding section.

It does get a little trickier as you move through the levels.

There's a section on Christmas traditions around the world.

There's a seasonal phrase translation section so you can see what things like 'Santa Claus' look like in other languages.

There are also pictures you can 'colour in'.

And 'Where's Wally?' style images to search through.

Have a look, as there is a lot more content available and will be more as the days pass.  I think it's a nice, simple site which is great for filler activities over the next week.  There's some great content on there and potentially a great deal of learning opportunities too.  Plus it's fun!

Thanks,

Tom
